Congratulations to
Cecilia Concerts
At the Sept 2026 Giving Cycle, our members voted for Cecilia Concerts as our recipient.
Their Sensory-Accessible Concerts provide free, welcoming live music experiences forpeople who face barriers to attending traditional concerts. For many people, remaining silent and seated for an extended period, navigatingunfamiliar social expectations, managing sensory stimulation, worrying about makingnoise or movement, and the cost of admission can make attending a traditional concertdifficult or impossible.
Presented at Paul O’Regan Hall within the Halifax Central Library, the concerts are free and open to everyone. Audience members are welcome to move, vocalize, use sensorysupports, or experience the performance in whatever way works best for them. There is no expectation of silence or stillness.
100+ Women Who Care Halifax are proud to support this concert series.

100+ Women Who Care Halifax
At 100+ WWC Halifax, we believe in the power of collective giving. Our mission is simple: to bring together women who are passionate about making a difference in our community.
We come together four times each year to support local charities. Three of our quarterly giving cycles take place through written submissions from charities and online voting by members. Once each year, in June, we gather in person for a celebration meeting where members can connect and hear from the charities supported throughout the year.
